SHIPPING & RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in new and unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached.

You can use our automated Returns Portal to file your Return or Exchange on your own HERE.

Please feel free to contact us at support@021originals.com if you have any issues with processing the Return or Exchange through the Portal, or with any other questions on Returns.

**We are unable to cover the cost of Return Shipping Labels, Packaging, or any other shipping costs incurred for Returns/Exchanges in order to get Returned product back to us.

**Please note that ALL SALE Items are FINAL SALE, and are non-Returnable or Exchangeable

What do I do if I want to Exchange a product?

You can Exchange your order or any product within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in new and unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

If you receive product that was either damaged in transit or appears faulty or defective, please contact us at support@021originals.com and we will get you taken care of with replacement merchandise.

*Images of the damaged and or defective product will be required in order to receive a replacement

What if my package is missing even though the tracking is showing it was delivered?f

We will do everything we can to help you track down the original package, and please contact us at support@021originals.com and supply your Order # and explain the issue.

In certain cases, you may be required to file a Missing Package Claim with the original carrier, depending on the situation or circumstances.

 

When will I be Refunded for a Return?

Once our Returns Team has been able to inspect and approve your Return, which usually takes 5-7 busines days, then you'll be notified of the approval and a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.

In some cases it can taake 2-3 business days for the Refund to appear on the original form of payment depending on the bank or paym

How soon will my order ship?

We pledge to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of the order placement.

Shipping and Transit times may vary depending on the carrier, shipping destination, time of year, and any other outstanding circumstances that can effect shipping carriers on a wide scale.

Is Free Shipping Available?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping for all Domestic Orders (shipping within the Continental United States) over $100 (after any discounts and before tax is applied.)

 

For International Orders and Orders going to AK or HI, we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200 ( after any discounts and before tax is applied.)

OTHER FAQ'S

Why isn't my coupon code working?

ALL coupon codes are case sensitive, so make sure to double check that the code matches both case sensitivity and spacing EXACTLY.

Codes also expire, apply to certain customers and/or products, and are subject to change at our full discretion, so make sure to fully read any and all information applying to the codes.

 

Finally, coupon codes CANNOT be stacked or added onto Sale pricing, so codes will not work if you are trying to apply them to an item that is discounted or already on Sale.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

No, unfortunately at this time we do not offer Gift Cards for Purchase.

What do you do with product that is returned?

Any and all product that are Returned and can't be re-sold, are donated to the communities throughout the Favela's of Rio de Janeiro.

What if I forgot to use my discount code at Checkout?

Unfortunately, our system does not have the ability to apply discount codes after an order has been placed and the transaction has gone through. You can contact us at support@021originals.com if you'd like to try and cancel your original order and re-apply the coupon, however we can never guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed, or stock availability of the item you are trying to re-order.

The Item or Size that I want is Out Of Stock, Will it be available again?

Depending on the product, stock can sell through quickly, and while we re-stock a majority of the products, there's no guarantee the product will be re-stocked, depending on the specific product you're looking for.  

 

There is an option to be notified when that product does come back in stock, by following the steps below:

1. Select the item and size that you would like to order

2. Click the "Notify Me When Available" button that appears when you have selected that item.

3. Input your email and/or phone number

4. You will receive an email and/or text message once the item comes back into stock.
